Prizba is located on the southwestern coast of the island of Korcula. The coast of this part of the island is mainly rocky, with many bays and coves and with just several pebble beaches. The rocky coast is also suitable for sunbathing, and most of holiday houses have concrete slabs and stairs for easy access to the sea. It is important to note that the parts of the coast or beaches in Croatia can not be privately owned, so all these concrete slabs can be accessed without restriction. The coast of Prizba is very interesting and indented, with lots of nice coves, several islets and two small peninsulas, Ratak and Priscapac. Islets Stupa, Crklica, Sridnjak, Vrhovnjak and Otocac protect the coast of Prizba from strong southern winds that blow during winter and autumn. There are no beaches on these islets, but their rocky shore is suitable for sunbathing. If you want to spend time in beautiful nature, far from the rush of crowded beaches, we recommend that you rent a boat and explore these beautiful islets.
