Tri Zala

The bay Tri Zala (three pebble beaches) is located on the northern side of the island of Korcula, 5 km west of the old city of Korcula, between Zrnovska Banja and Racisce. It is connected to the city of Korcula by a regular daily bus route. The town has several restaurants and a market and there is the possibility for renting small boats which are ideal for touring the numerous surrounding bays and islands. The town got its name from three small pebble beaches which are located on the bay itself, and there are many beaches and bays in the surroundings which are ideal for a peaceful family vacation.

The area on the northern part of the island of Korcula which faces the peninsula Peljesac is known throughout Europe as a surfer's heaven on earth because here, in the Peljesac channel, there is always a suitable wind blowing and various competitions. The bay Tri Zala is located directly across the town Viganj on Peljesac which is the most famous Adriatic destination for surfboarding.
